One of our local favorites, Nosh Tahoe, served delicious bites. Roast beef sliders, prosciutto wrapped dates, cheesy puff pastries, brie, strawberries, and of course chocolate kept every one going back for more.
And the ladies from Black Tie kept the wine flowing, offering reds and whites for every palate. No glass was left empty.
And of course as the wine flowed, the budgets loosened. Treat Yo Self was in full effect. We'd say we're sorry for being a bad influence, but we can't help it if you look really great in that sweater! Sorry, not sorry.
But the ladies weren't the only ones doing the shopping. Many SOs were on hand, sneaking in purchases when their sweethearts weren't looking *keeper alert*.
Hosting gives us an amazing opportunity to connect not only with our friends and family (they have to love us, right) but also with our customers. We want to get to know you and extend an open armed hug into the Tahoe U crew.
The best part of the evening though, is to step back as a fly on the wall and see everyone have a great time together.
One of our main goals when we set out on this adventure was to create a space that brings together all kinds of people to celebrate good times and an even greater place we get to call home.
At the end of the day, we obviously love shopping (and wine, never forget the wine) but we love people the most. I mean, who is supposed to wear all these fabulous clothes anyways? What we do means so much more when we share it.
So thank you to all of our ladies, our loved ones, and everyone who came by to sip and shop with us. It may be a cheesy, Hallmark holiday, but we sure feel up to the brim with love today.
